Cookies and storage

Pausiq uses no cookies at all: no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and no sign-in cookies, because there are no accounts. It loads nothing from other websites. It only keeps a few items in your own browser that the editor needs to work and to remember your settings. All of it is strictly necessary for the service you ask for, so the law does not require a consent banner.

None of this contains your media. Local storage and session storage stay in your browser and are never sent to us. Only when you use Pausiq Pro, your pass and this browser's random ID are sent to Pausiq's own Pro service to check your subscription.
Why there is no cookie banner
EU law (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, in Lithuania Article 61 of the Law on Electronic Communications) requires consent before storing information on your device, unless it is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for. Everything above falls under that exception. If we ever add anything that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.
Checkout
When you buy Pausiq Pro, the checkout opens in its own page, where Paddle may use its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. Its cookie policy applies there. The editor itself never loads Paddle.
Removing stored data
You can delete everything Pausiq stores at any time in your browser settings, for example in Chrome under Settings, Privacy and security, Site data. Pausiq will then show the terms notice again and use its default settings, and you will need to sign in to Pausiq Pro again.
